About the project
MYACCOUNT Steuerberatung GmbH is a Vienna-based consulting company that provides a full range of tax services for small and medium-sized businesses. The company also offers services in Ukrainian for entrepreneurs who are starting or running their business in Austria.
What did we have at the start?
The client approached us in November 2024 with the main goal of increasing the number of clients for accounting support. The key aspect was that the clients had to be Ukrainians who had moved to Austria and faced challenges in accounting.
Our task was to focus specifically on the audience of Ukrainian entrepreneurs.

Realization
ince November 2024, we have been running advertising campaigns aimed at generating leads on the website. The site allowed users to immediately book a date and time for a consultation or simply submit a request for a short consultation with a manager.
Through targeted advertising, we managed to generate 201 requests on the website. Due to an NDA agreement, we cannot disclose the budget, but the client achieved the desired result and was fully booked.
In the end, the best-performing audiences were business owners with language-based narrowing and a broad audience with language targeting.

Advertising creatives
Below, we showcase the best-performing ad creatives. We launched both static creatives and video formats. Compared to static ads, videos delivered a lower cost per lead.
