This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the comon.agency website uses, what for, and how you can control your choices. For details on how personal data is processed, see our Privacy Policy.
The party responsible for the site and its cookies is ФОП Пушанко Олександр Олегович, sole proprietor, "Cómon Agency". Contact: team@comon.agency.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They help remember your preferences, understand how the site is used and measure how well advertising performs. Other technologies work in a similar way, such as the browser's sessionStorage, whose data is kept only until the tab is closed. Cookies can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept for the stated period), and first-party (set by our site) or third-party (set by other services connected to the site).
2. When cookies are set
Strictly necessary cookies are always active, because without them the site could not remember your choice. All others, analytics and advertising, depend on your region:
- EU, UK, Switzerland (and wherever we cannot determine your location): analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you give consent. Until you choose, we use Google Consent Mode with every storage type denied by default: Google tags do not write or read analytics or advertising cookies, and the Meta Pixel is not loaded. In this state Google tags may send Google only limited technical signals without cookie identifiers (for example the page address).
- Other countries (including Ukraine): analytics and advertising cookies are on by default and no banner is shown. You can switch them off at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Your region is determined from the IP address of your request (the country reported by our hosting provider); the IP address is not stored in the cookie.
3. Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work and to store your choice. No consent is needed.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| cookie_consent | comon.agency | Stores your cookie choice | 6 months |
| cmp_region | comon.agency | Remembers whether a cookie banner is required in your region | 24 hours |
| c_utm_*, c_gclid, c_fbclid (sessionStorage) | comon.agency | Remembers UTM tags and click IDs during your visit so the source of an enquiry is passed on correctly | Until the tab is closed |
sessionStorage data stays in your browser and reaches us only together with a form that you submit yourself. We do not use it to track you across other sites.
4. Analytics
Show which pages are visited and how people move around the site. The data is used to improve the website. Set only with your consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors and collects visit statistics | 2 years |
| _ga_NJXFL8ZRX8 | Google Analytics | Keeps session state | 2 years |
5. Advertising and marketing
Allow us to measure the results of ad campaigns and show relevant ads. Set only with your consent.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads | Links a click on an ad to a later action on the site | 90 days |
| _gcl_aw | Google Ads | Stores details of the Google ad click you arrived from | 90 days |
| Other Google advertising cookies | Google Ads | Conversion measurement and remarketing (may be set on Google domains) | Varies by cookie |
| _fbp | Meta Pixel | Identifies the browser to measure Facebook and Instagram ads | 90 days |
| _fbc | Meta Pixel | Stores the identifier of a click on a Meta ad | Up to 90 days |
This list may change depending on the tags active in Google Tag Manager. We update this page whenever the set of cookies changes materially.
6. How to accept, reject or change your choice
- In the EU, UK and Switzerland, on your first visit you will see a banner where you can accept all cookies, reject the optional ones (“Accept all” and “Reject all” have equal weight) or adjust them by category. We will ask you again after about 6 months, if the set of cookies changes materially, or if you delete the cookie that stores your choice.
- You can change your choice or withdraw consent at any time: the "Cookie settings" link in the footer re-opens the banner.
- You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the site works.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. If you reject optional cookies, the site works in full: we simply do not receive visit statistics or measure how well our advertising performs.
7. Third-party providers
Some cookies are set by third-party services, which process data under their own policies:
- Google (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager): policies.google.com/technologies/cookies
- Meta (Facebook, Instagram): facebook.com/policies/cookies
Google and Meta may process data in the United States, among other places; their roles (processor, independent or joint controller) are explained in sections 4 and 5 of the Privacy Policy.
