ARBEITEN is a licensed recruitment agency that employs Ukrainians in European countries. They cooperate with employers from Poland, Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands.


What was at the start?
The goals and objectives
Before starting work, we outlined our main objectives and goals, that we had:
Lead generation
Website connection to Bitrix24
Creation of a new page on Facebook, Business Manager and advertising account
Connecting the Facebook pixel and setting up events
Domain Verification
Implementation
We convinced the client to create a new landing page and drive the main traffic there.
In addition to the new landing page, we created a new Facebook page, Business Manager and advertising account, connected the Facebook pixel, set up events and verified the domain.
Previous contractors have used the “Lead Generation” objective. But we decided to completely abandon this strategy due to the large number of non-targeted leads.
We set up a conversion company and drove traffic exclusively to the site, where a potential client can learn more about the service, read about the company’s advantages and apply for hot vacancies.
After the preparatory stage we:
- developed creatives and selected the target audience.
- conducted several test runs to find campaigns that work best.
- disabled campaigns that did not work well
- redistributed the budget
- started scaling the result
We also connected the site to Bitrix24 so that applications automatically get into the CRM system.
